For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• managing the quality of the project's graphics interacting closely with the production team to improve the quality of the product's visual component and sharing your vision with the team;

• participating in the development and evaluation of the product's entire art team, creating conditions conducive to the growth of strong specialists and the sharing of expertise;

• participating in key tasks as necessary, assisting in finding visual solutions, forming a vision and taking responsibility for the result;

• evaluating the effectiveness of current art processes and taking initiative in optimization. Participating in implementing innovations;

• launching and developing cross-project initiatives (implementing new technologies, software, etc.).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in game development (preferably on match-3 projects);

• knowledge of the global mobile games market and trends in graphics;

• excellent understanding of isometry, shapes, volumes High level of rendering, experience in character design and creation of complex concepts;

• ability to adapt to different styles;

• experience managing and developing a team;

• ability to see issues with graphics and to give constructive feedback.
