For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Develop and execute plans for community engagement and communication in relation to brands, content, and events

  • Oversee a growing team of external moderators

  • Create and manage documentation for processes and guidelines for CMs and volunteer moderators to follow

  • Establish open communication with the community at large

  • Work directly with community leaders and groups in developing events, outreach programs and more

  • Work with other departments such as P&E, Programming and more to develop community events and communications

  • Spot trending issues and track and report community sentiment with recommended actions

  • Manage and execute a community calendar in collaboration with other departments

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3+ years professional experience in a community management role

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in communication, marketing or related field

  • Previous experience with user moderation, particularly with de-escalation and mediation

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and an independent, self-motivated work style

  • Good understanding of social platforms, their content formats and culture.

  • Understanding of Adobe Creative suite a plus.
