==> About the role:

In 2021, Product Madness acquired Playsoft, a game studio that is at the heart of developing the next generation of games for Product Madness. One primary focus of this role is to make sure it’s business as usual for Playsoft as we look to integrate and consolidate applications and platforms across the Playsoft/Product Madness tech stack. The role is broad but that’s because we’re more focused on motivated and passionate people who want to grow and thrive with the business. You will need core capabilities in key technologies such as Google Workspace, email security and SSO as you’ll be an escalation point for IT support but given the freedom to become a strong all rounder or SME in a specific technology.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Being escalation point for IT support

  • Integrating Playsoft into the Product Madness tech stack

  • Documenting policies and procedures

  • Google Workspace administration

  • Recommending process and security improvements

  • SSO/MFA onboarding

  • Managing P1/P2 incidents

  • Own Change Management

  • Finding synergies with the wider business (Big Fish, Aristocrat, Plarium and Pixel United)

  • Autonomy to define your own future

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • In depth knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Knowledge of Email Security (preferably Mimecast)

  • Experience in Change Management

  • Experience with MFA solutions (preferably Okta)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Crowd is advantageous

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload

  • Solid understanding of Agile and ITIL methodologies

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve productive solutions

  • Excellent root cause analysis, problem solving, continual improvement and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent critical thinking and solution creation skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • A few years relevant industry experience
