We're opening an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Head of Business Development to join our Marketing team

What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, Social, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Head business development for all of the company's projects, prepare business strategies and plans.

• Negotiate terms and sign contracts with key strategic partners.

• Work closely with App Store and Google Play as well as alternative app stores (AMZ, SAMS, UWP).

• Find publishers and obtain licenses (Vietnam, China, etc.

• Work with payment aggregators.

• Manage special projects (environmental organizations, product placement, etc.).

• Manage a small business development team.

• Participate in conferences.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in gaming, IT, or digital products.

• Proven track record of managing agreements full-cycle, from finding partners and negotiating to signing and maintaining relationships.

• Experience working with top platforms (Google Play, App Store, etc.).

• Experience in managing small teams.

• Participation in international exhibitions and conferences (GDC, Gamescom, ChinaJoy, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of the gaming market, trends, and business models (F2P, GaaS, mobile and social games).

• Fluent English (C1+).

• Proactivity, focus on results, strong sense of ownership.

• Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment.

• Being open to travel and active participation in partner events.

  *Passion for mobile games is a plus.
