Founded in 1995, GSC Game World is a prominent AAA development studio with over 400 employees. With bases in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Prague, Czech Republic, GSC Game World has released over 18 projects. The studio boasts in-house mocap and sound studios, as well as in-house QA, Cinematic, and Publishing teams. Possessing 7 unique IPs, GSC Game World is continually working on multiple projects in development, including the highly anticipated S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with all levels of management and employees.
• Working with the full life cycle of an employee in an organization: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, assessment, offboarding.
• Conducting regular 1:1s with employees to check their mental health, identify needs, address requests, and support their professional development.
• Organizing and conducting team buildings and other activities within the entrusted team.
• Work within the organization in one of the following areas: internal communication, L&D, event & brand management.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
• At least 2 years working experience as an HR People Partner, HR Generalist or similar position.
• Proven experience managing the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding and performance management to offboarding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages.
Will be a plus:
• Work experience in the game industry
• Psychology degree.
