Plummy Games is on the lookout for an innovative and experienced Lead Game Designer. If you have a flair for creating captivating and intuitive gameplay for mobile platforms, we want you on our team! You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our games on iOS and Android platforms.

• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the design and development of new gameplay mechanics, systems, and content for our casual mobile games.

• Take charge of creating and refining game design documents, feature specifications, and level designs.

• Apply your expertise in gameplay tuning and balance testing to craft an unparalleled player experience.

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in mobile game design and player engagement.

• Work in tandem with our UI/UX specialists, 2D artists, and animators to deliver a cohesive and immersive gaming experience.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging player and team feedback to refine game designs.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer

• 2+ years of experience in leading a team of game designers

• Proven record of creating and operating successful features

• Experience in running and analyzing A/B-tests

• A deep understanding of game mechanics, system design, and content creation for mobile games.

• A keen eye for current trends in mobile gaming and a passion for creating user-centric designs.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, thriving in team environments.

• Proficiency in English, both in writing and verbal communication.
