The selection process
1. Application Submission
Send your resume (or portfolio) along with a brief cover letter answering a short creative question (see below for emphasis). No long essays — we value clarity and emotion over formality.
2. Shortlisted Call (15–20 mins)
A friendly conversation with the founder (that’s me) — we’ll talk about your interests, how you think, and the kinds of games/stories that move you.
3. Test Task (Optional but Preferred)
Developer: A small puzzle prototype task (can be done in 2–4 hours max, using Unity/Godot or plain logic if needed).
Writer: A short scene/dialogue + a 1-pager world/lore idea. Nothing big — just to see your creative voice.
4. Final Chat + Offer
We discuss your task, expectations, and if it feels like a mutual fit, we’ll send an offer within 48 hours.
