We are tinyBuild, an international game developer and publisher. We have been publishing and developing our own AA and mid-core games for consoles, PC and mobile platforms for 10 years. Among the most famous games from tinyBuild is Hello Neighbor. To date, the Hello Neighbor franchise consists of 5 video games with more than 60 million installs across all platforms and stores. In addition, Hello Neighbor is a series of children's books and graphic novels, an animated series, and its own YT show.

We are looking for the new superstar to join the Neighbor Franchise operations team! The new Live Operations Project Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks for our live titles and titles in development or porting phase. They will also assist the production team and be a key component of our amazing frontline team. We are looking for a good communicator who is willing to learn, adapt and overcome any challenges that might arise with the support of our team members. Come and join the Neighborhood!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Create and execute innovative product marketing plans that will deliver against internal KPI expectations, working on the title from initial singing through to retail launch and post-launch.

  • Work closely with first-party platforms, external developers, media partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the product's success.

  • Craft excellent copy for trailers, social media, press releases, and other creative outlets, building and maintaining a stand-out brand identity for the product.

  • Oversee the creation of striking marketing assets.

  • Working closely with the production team to ensure effective and efficient budget management, maximizing product awareness.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the games industry, gamer motivations, competitor products, and our games catalog.

  • International travel to attend conferences, trade shows, and similar events when required.

  • Present game reports to key stakeholders and work closely with relevant departments.

  • Ensure all deadlines are clearly set and met across all marketing activations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role within the games industry.

  • Hands-on experience with performance, B2B, Influencer, and digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English.

  • A passionate and avid gamer.

  • Experience launching PC and Console games.
