Project/Delivery Manager

Junkineering is looking for an experienced Game Project/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful game projects, working with internal and external teams to ensure the project is released.

This role will involve working closely with the CEO to track, document, report and deliver projects. The Game Project Manager will be the project leader who must successfully implement the game, ensuring that the project develops within the defined time, method, cost, and quality.

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

✔️3+ years of experience as a project manager in the gaming industry;
✔️Experience in mobile game release;
✔️Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem solving;
✔️Establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, demonstrating a holistic view of the business;
✔️Must possess excellent organizational skills and project and people management experience;
✔️Knowledge and experience with Jira, project management software;
✔️Experience in a role where attention to detail is key;
✔️English language skills at an above average level.

📌Manage the development of new games at all stages of production;
📌Quality control in collaboration with managers and internal/external experts;
📌Oversee all aspects of game development and delivery, including ongoing maintenance and testing issues even after the game is released, including updates and extensions;
📌Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks;
📌Track project status and maintain an up-to-date plan;
📌Organize effective and efficient meetings with participants and stakeholders;
📌Coach team members and colleagues in the day-to-day use of tools and processes.
