Your tasks and duties:
Provide and set up processes to achieve the best quality of the product
Mentorship of a team
Analysis of existing QA processes
Setting up new QA processes
Creation of reports for PM and client
Communication with a client
Whom are we seeking:
3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
Experience in the role of Team Lead, people management experience
Practical experience in testing of commercial web and mobile social casino projects, understanding of their specifics
Work experience in the gaming industry
Experience in the creation of test cases, test plans
Good knowledge of test methodologies
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proactive and results-oriented approach
Person with Self-organisation superpower
