We are looking for a Recruiter to grow all together! 

What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Casual
• Platforms: VR

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select, and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);

• Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;

• Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution;

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics;

• Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs;

• Source passive and active candidates via various sources.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles (Unity devs, Marketing specialists, Producers, 3D Artists etc.);

• Deep understanding of search strategies;

• Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards;

• Gaming industry experience is a must;

• Russian and English language skills;

• Strong presentation and communication skills;

• Experience hiring in EU and within EU.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ATS; 

• Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, etc.
