What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Support our mobile apps and games in App Store/Google Play;

• Reply to all incoming user emails, comments;

• Moderate user requests;

• Handle user complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;

• Monitor and analyze user feedback trends;

• Cooperate across developers, QA, marketing teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Higher education;

• Ability to work as a part of a team;

• Ability to work with a wealth of information and structure it;

• Interpersonal and organizational skills;

• Any experience in mobile apps/games will be a plus;
