AppQuantum is renowned for its popular titles, including Legend of Slime, Gold & Goblins, Idle Lumber Empire, and Idle Outpost, among others.

The company is headquartered in Cyprus. Our team has 140+ people working from 18 locations, and we’re constantly looking for new professionals!

We are looking for a talented System/Balance Game Designer to join our team!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop new features and enhance existing ones

• Independently manage features and events from concept to implementation in collaboration with partner studios

• Design and balance core gameplay and meta systems, progression, and monetization

• Collaborate actively with the analytics team throughout all development stages

• Generate new ideas together with the team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a System or Balance Game Designer (preferably in genres such as Idle Tycoon, Idle RPG, RPG Battlers, 4x Strategy, Farms, Tower Defense)

• Deep understanding of system design and balance

• Comprehensive knowledge of monetization principles

• In-depth understanding of the mobile gaming market

• Ability to communicate vision and convey ideas effectively

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
