Rockbite Games is looking for a talented System Game Designer with a strong game design expertise who will drive their product solutions.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Analyze metrics and propose hypotheses to drive significant project improvements;

• Lead and mentor a team of game designers, offering guidance and support;

• Define the development direction for the entire product;

• Oversee production: evaluate builds and ensure the quality of implementation.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Producer or Product Owner, ideally in genres such as Idle Tycoon, Idle RPG, RPG Battlers, 4x Strategy, Farms, or Tower Defense;

• Strong knowledge of the mobile gaming market, including current trends and competitive landscape;

• Understanding of key product metrics (retention, ARPU, etc.) and the ability to work with game metrics to develop hypotheses for game growth;

• Proficiency in English.
