Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager.

Our clients are successful studios with top-notch games: f2p casual puzzles and simulators, PC/console shooters, MMO survivals etc. Every candidate can find something interesting for himself or herself.

What are you working on?
  • Genres: Puzzle, Adventure, Strategy, Casual, Arcade, Kids Games, MMO, Hyper-casual
  • Platforms: PC, Mobile, Console
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games’ growth and profitability;

  • Strategize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including: Facebook, Instagram, Google and much more;

  • Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition;

  • Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe;

  • Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams;

  • Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users;

  • Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3-5 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing;

  • A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market;

  • Creative problem solver;

  • Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL is a plus;

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams;

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads;

  • Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferred.
