As an Associate Producer, you will support the Senior Producer in leading a full-cycle project, from pre-production to launch, and LiveOps afterward.

You are passionate about video games and you have a good understanding of the gaming industry. You are a project manager, with strong leadership and communication skills. 

Dynamic, dedicated, and very well-organized, you can work in a fast-paced environment. You are accountable for the quality and the success of the game.

You are the facilitator for the Senior Producer / Product Owner and the Team. You will keep everyone organized to deliver the best possible game.

What are you working on?
  • Genres: Action, Adventure, Puzzle, Racing, Role-playing, Simulation
  • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android, Console
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and build engaging player experiences;

  • Own the Sprint Backlog (increment to deliver), and help the team prioritize;

  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure quality is managed at the highest standard;

  • Oversee features development and ensure that the team stays aligned with the Product Vision;

  • Understand features value and drive the development based on the KPIs and players’ feedback;

  • Help the team deliver by identifying and removing obstacles;

  • Build and maintain team velocity, health, motivation, and trust;

  • Ensure the proper balance between the Senior Producer’s requests and the team velocity/commitment;

  • Promote the Agile / Scrum methodology and train developers properly so that they fully adopt the process;

  • Drive the Scrum Events: backlog estimate, daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospective;
    Regularly manage budget & revenue reports.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 1+ year of experience in a producer or a project manager role;

  • 1+ year of experience managing multiple cross-discipline teams;

  • 1+ year of experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanba);

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;

  • Expert knowledge of the Scrum Methodology;

  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).

  • Experience in developing games with UNITY;

  • Experience in LiveOps.
