For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team
Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure quality control
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design teams
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support

What kind of professional are we looking for?
Whom are we seeking:
3+ years work experience in commercial projects
Experience in leading teams of Artists and Animators
Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel (usually 4 to 6 simultaneously)
Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English
Experience with online casino/gaming
Fast learner, self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skill
Link to the portfolio is a must
Would be a PLUS:
Understanding of basic principles of animation and minimal experience in usage Spine
