The Playcus publishing team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us scale and streamline the integration and development process for games from external studios. The mission of this role is to oversee projects from technical SDK integration and analytics setup to coordinating soft launches and ensuring alignment with our publishing strategy. You will serve as the central hub between our developer partners and internal teams (UA, monetization, analytics, production), directly contributing to the success of every game we publish.
PLAYCUS is a mobile games and apps developer and publisher active in the industry since 2011, with over 50 million downloads worldwide. We operate across three main verticals: casual games, hyper-casual games, and third-party publishing. Our team of 50+ experts brings deep knowledge in user acquisition and monetization, enabling us to build our own proprietary UA automation platform and scale partner games efficiently and profitably.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Manage the integration of SDKs (analytics, monetization, LiveOps) for new partner games.
Oversee the soft launch phase: from product requirement gathering to analytics setup and build readiness for testing.
Collaborate closely with UA teams to coordinate test launches, validate hypotheses, and track key performance metrics.
Ensure development aligns with publishing goals: core features, monetization systems, and market-fit adaptations.
Maintain structured communication with developers: timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Participate in performance analysis and contribute actionable recommendations for product and launch improvements.
Provide full visibility through structured updates, status reports, and documentation.

🔍 What We Expect
2+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Producer, or Operations Manager role within mobile game development or publishing.
Solid understanding of the mobile game lifecycle from concept to launch and scaling.
Strong grasp of SDK integration workflows (analytics, ads, monetization).
Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast-changing environments.
