Affiliate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners through email, calls, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue generation.
Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns.
Negotiation & ROI Analysis: Negotiate terms of deals and analyze campaign activity to ensure maximum ROI.
Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate budget, including commission payouts and tracking spend.
Payments & Reporting: Ensure affiliates are paid on time and deliver comprehensive affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
Communication & Support: Handle day-to-day communication with partners, providing stellar affiliate support.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and web development teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Networking: Represent Medier at exhibitions, conventions, and forums to grow the partner network.
Promotions & Content Creation: Develop unique content for affiliate newsletters and create promotions and tournaments to keep affiliates engaged.
Legislative Awareness: Stay informed about relevant legislation and best practices for affiliate marketing initiatives.

We are looking for Affiliate Managers to join two exciting and fast-growing companies – Medier and Yesly. We have open roles in Warsaw, Poland and Limassol, Cyprus , offering a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.
Co jest dla nas ważne w człowieku?
Experience: 3+ years as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in the gambling industry.
Market Knowledge: Successful experience with Asia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, South Africa, DACH, and Nordic markets is a big plus.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Traits: Driven, results-oriented, and confident in representing the company and its brands at events.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming industry and affiliate ecosystems.
