AI Developer

We are an edtech startup revolutionizing employee training through immersive VR learning experiences. Our VR training platform is used by enterprise clients to upskill and certify their workforce effectively. We are now expanding our core functionality with AI-driven features—and we’re looking for a hands-on AI Developer who will lead this effort.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

You will be our first dedicated AI developer and play a critical role in: 

• Researching and evaluating potential AI use cases to enhance user learning and training efficiency (e.g., intelligent feedback, virtual coaching, natural language interfaces). 

• Collaborating directly with founders and domain experts to shape feature direction. 

• Prototyping and testing AI models and integrations. 

• Collaborating with our core Unity and Backend-Teams to deliver production-ready AI features 

• Establishing a technical foundation and best practices for future team members as we grow. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Explore AI applications in VR training such as: 

• Speech and intent recognition 

• AI-driven scenario adaptation or feedback 

• Natural language interactions (e.g., GPT-based coaching avatars) 

• Performance analytics 

• Build and integrate AI services using platforms like Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI, OpenAI, or open-source frameworks 

• Set up scalable backend or cloud-based inference pipelines where needed 

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance in a real-world training context 

• Contribute to planning and scoping of product sprints involving AI components 

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in product-oriented or startup environments 

• Strong understanding of AI domains: NLP, computer vision, conversational AI, etc. 

• Proficiency with Python (and typical ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.) 

• Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or similar) 

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines (engineering, product, learning design) 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Interest in VR/AR technologies 

• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI APIs) 

• Interest in human learning, edtech, or training systems
