Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

- Lead the developement, testing and mainteanace of social casino product features;
- Use advanced techniques to build and customize solutions for complex requirements;
- Review and evaluate code for clarity, structure, quality and accuracy;
- Provide guidance to the team to foster an agile mindset with an open feedback and communication culture;
- Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members;
- Work closely together with other Team Leads and Directors to drive department-wide initiatives;
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technology.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- At least 2 years in a leadership role a team of programmers;
- 5+ years of relevant professional C# programming experience, clean code and design patterns for object-orientated programming;
- Excellent knowledge of the Unity3D engine;
- Expertise in implementing the technical aspects of design documents;
- Ability to architect solutions at various stages of development;
- Aspiration to constantly enhance and learn about new technologies and concepts;
- At least upper-Intermediate English language proficiency.
