Art Director

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Art Director for our client who produces engaging high-end casual mobile games. Founded by Peak Games veterans the company has a competitive team of professionals experienced in casual mobile games. Recently they have secured a $6 million investment for a new merge game.

The company has been working with a core team for more than ten years and is getting ready to find new members who will fit into the studio’s culture and working models. 

As an Art Director, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a uniform visual style on par with the Western leaders of the market. Leading and developing a team of artists and animators.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Keen understanding of casual style and visual trends in casual mobile games

• Proven record of creating art style for the product from scratch and writing art guidelines

• Senior-level hard-skills in 2D art

• Ability to lead medium-sized art teams, develop and maintain processes for them

• Ability to provide clear feedback in a timely manner 

• Experience in mentoring artists

• Basic skills in 3D, UI/UX and 2D Animation

• English level B1

Would be a plus: 

• Medium-to-senior level in UI/UX

• Medium level in 2D Animation

• Experience in working with AI (preferably, StableDiffusion)

• English level C1
