Art Lead

We are PSV Game Studio. Our team develops mobile games for preschool and school-age children. The company is among the TOP-50 developers of mobile games worldwide. Our games have been downloaded more than 1 billion times.

We have been in the gaming market since 2014. Our professionals have created more than 250 games. We have translated them into 14 languages (Ukrainian, Russian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Polish, Italian, Arabic, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian).

We have our own Hippo brand, but we also cooperate with other brands (Hello Kitty, L.O.L. Surprise!, Vlad and Niki). Our aims are to create new products, communicate, look for new partners, and move forward.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Developing and supporting the game's visual style and ensuring the quality of its graphics

• Managing teams of 2D/3Dartists and UX/UI designers, 

• Optimizing processes and communication between functions,

• Fostering team members' professional development,

• Participating in the project's development alongside the CPO and other team members,

• Develop and improve pipelines,

• Develop guidelines.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in a similar role 3+ years in mobile game industry,

• A Deep understanding of the game development process and art disciplines,

• Proven experience building and leading art development team, 

• Solid knowledge and experience working with 2D/3D, UI/UX, animation and VFX,

• Management skills, including the ability to effectively manage several teams 

• Effective cross-team communication: you have the know-how to comfortably communicate with all gamedev fields (programming, animation, design, marketing),

• Mentorship skills and you can share your expertise to guide the team,

• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills,

• Good knowledge of game engine (Unity),

• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, multiple art styles, anatomy, etc..
