ASSOCIATE GAME PRODUCER

We here at OUTLOU:D GAMES seek a well-motivated game producer to join our team. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and goal-driven individual, willing to take a leading role on a successful live product or help build the foundation of our next new hit.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Oversee the production of features, games, and related projects, including building roadmaps, handling resources, managing priorities, and achieving key product metrics

• Help drive the product live ops/development, facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across a multi-disciplinary team

• Create and maintain project schedules, track project milestones and deliverables

• Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals

• Communicate frequently with team members and studio leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities

• Watch the game’s KPIs daily, work together with the team on improving them, or identify issues early

• Motivate and support your team to ensure the project goals, objectives, and deliverables are achieved

• Contribute to improving the quality of our games, productivity of the team, and efficiency of our processes

• Communicate closely with our partners/publishers to coordinate activities, user acquisition, planning, and product success.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience as project manager, associate producer, or game designer on mobile games

• Advanced English, Ukrainian

• Ability to lead multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and experiences on time and budget efficiently

• An enthusiastic, passionate, and performance-driven attitude

• Knowledge and experience working with JIRA

• Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills

• Passionate about mobile games and have a vast "track record" as a player

• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
