As an independent unit within Gameforge, our studio team focuses on developing an outstanding play-to-earn game.

You are the art vision keeper for our new game!

You work closely with the Head of Studio and Game Design to define the art style of the game. Art examples are created by yourself. During the development phase and the subsequent live operation you are also responsible for the management of outsourcing partners and check their results.

• You manage an external team of 2D artists

• You create reference images

• You review deliverables of outsourcing partners for quality and accuracy, and provide feedback

• You maintain the production schedule and manage multiple deliveries from different artists on a daily basis

• You create a style guide for our game and ensure its compliance

• You have professional experience in outsource management

• You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop

• You have outstanding design and illustration skills and are experienced in creating concept art for games

• You are a strong communicator and fluent in English

• You are good at receiving constructive feedback and feel comfortable giving it too

• You keep a cool head and can easily adjust to changing situations and modify existing processes
