Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients. Providing information about company services and products. Resolving clients' issues and conflicts in a professional and efficient manner. Maintaining documentation of client inquiries and resolutions. Collaborating with other company departments to address clients' complex issues. Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Experience in a call center or similar field is advantageous. Proficiency in French and Ukrainian languages at a conversational level for communication with international clients. Knowledge of English is a plus. Conditions:

Rotating work schedule of 3/2, including evening shifts from 13:00 to 21:00 and night shifts from 18:00 to 02:00, flexible shifts with the option to choose. Competitive salary.
