We are an international iGaming group building and scaling performance-driven products.Right now, we’re looking for an Affiliate Manager / Country Manager to take ownership of affiliate growth across Americas.
This is a role for someone who understands markets, partnerships, and real business impact.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships across assigned GEOs in the Americas region, focusing on long-term growth and performance.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage affiliate partnerships across multiple GEOs
Build and execute GEO-level affiliate strategies
Launch, manage, and optimize CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
Develop and support referral programs
Recruit new affiliates and strategic partners
Analyze traffic quality, performance, and ROI
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
Track results, report performance, and identify growth opportunities
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
1+ year of experience as Affiliate Manager / Country Manager (iGaming is a strong plus)
Experience working with LATAM / Americas markets
Understanding of affiliate models and traffic sources
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset and ownership attitude
Russian language is OK
English — sufficient for work communication
Nice to Have
Existing affiliate or referral network in Americas
Experience launching new GEOs
Background in performance marketing or media buying
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
Outdoor Advertising Management
Planning and coordination of outdoor advertising campaigns
Vendor and contractor sourcing and management
Coordination of production and placement
Performance tracking and reporting on executed campaigns
