• Developing mini-game concepts for games' ads.

• Writing scripts, mechanics and logic of mini-games.

• Setting and supervising tasks for designers, animators and developers (inhouse/outsourced).

• Evaluating test results and drawing conclusions.

• Optimizing/automating processes for reporting playable ads performance.

• Collaborating with other departments including User Acquisition, Analytics, and product teams.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in creative production or game development.

• Knowledge and understanding of game mechanics and basic game design.

• Knowledge and understanding of user journey in user acquisition.

• Ability to articulate your thoughts and set appropriate technical specifications.

• Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions.

• Willingness to complete a test assignment.
