Head of Creatives

We're looking for an experienced Head of Creatives to manage our Creative Production department, develop our team, and make our production processes even more efficient.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Manage the Creative Production team, including artists, motion designers, and playable ad developers

• Assign and delegate tasks to the team, monitor deadlines, and provide resource support to make sure goals are achieved

• Develop, configure, and optimize work processes to maximize the efficiency of both quantitative and qualitative creative production KPIs

• Develop the Creative Production team by establishing OKR goals, providing constructive feedback, and motivating team members

• Help make key decisions about the Creative Production department's strategy and development

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in a similar position at a marketing or game development company

• Experience leading teams of at least ten-fifteen people

• Experience managing projects and building art processes

• Deep understanding of the art and video (animation) production pipeline

• Ability to plan, prioritize, delegate, and respond quickly to requests

• Experience in effective communication

What we'd like:

• Experience working in creative production with teams of artists and/or animators

• Experience with Asana and Slack

• Deep understanding of creatives production in the field of mobile game performance marketing
