GAME DESIGNER

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to support the production of new and existing titles in development at Stepico Games. The Game Designer will work closely with the project’s key leaders and all the development team to successfully execute a new game from scratch.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Actively participate in Game Designing and Analysis processes;

• Generate valuable ideas & contributions along the process;

• Pitch ideas as clearly as possible;

• Actively detect Game Design issues, take initiatives to prevent, and solve the issues;

• Perform Game Design tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Producer;

• Provide Game Design solutions, choose & implement the best one based on considerations from all aspects of game development;

• Implementation of new and improvement of existing design solutions, features, and mechanics in the game;

• Communicate with other departments to improve work processes and better deliver information to performers;

• Help Senior GD or Lead GD in managing huge and complex features;

• Keeping documentation up-to-date.
