• Create and evolve game design for a rapidly scaling project

• Develop mechanics and features for casual / hybrid-casual games

• Work with configs, balance settings, and game logic

• Collaborate closely with the development team: task creation, execution control, and result review

• Analyze and improve the player experience based on metrics and user feedback

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 1+ year of commercial experience in game design for mobile casual / hybrid-casual games

• Understanding of the mobile market and the ability to build effective gameplay loops

• Experience working with configs and parametric logic; strong understanding of balancing principles

• Ability to clearly formulate and communicate tasks to the team

• Ability to confidently justify decisions and work effectively in a team
