Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Search and selection of employees of different levels and directions, base development;

• Organization of technical and HR interviews on core competencies;

• Accompanying the candidate from the first contact to going to work;

• Advertising of vacancies in prof. groups \ on job portals;

• Tracking trends in the labor market in IT;

• Competent maintenance of the database of candidates.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Work experience in a similar position in the field of GameDev at least 2 years;

• Understanding the GameDev market — free orientation in vacancies in art directions;

• Confident possession of tools for searching in art directions;

• Skills in using active search techniques;

• Level of English Intermediate +.
