As the next step we are creating a new game that will become the number one in the niche of action games! 

And we need Game Economy Designer for the new game to become successful.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and maintain in-game economies that balance game mechanics, player behavior and monetisation goals.

• Create and maintain documentation on game economy design and implementation.

• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to determine optimal pricing, item placement and other game economy parameters.

• Conduct AB-testing to optimize game mechanics and pricing strategy for player engagement and revenue.

• Work with cross-functional teams including game designers, product managers, and  analysts to implement and iterate on game economy features.

• Analyze and interpret player behavior data to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement for the game economy.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Passion for gaming.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.

• Proficient in statistical analysis and modeling tools such as R or Python.

• Experience in calculating game balance and game economy.

• Understanding of game monetization principles.

• Understanding of game design principles.

• Ability to communicate complex data and economic concepts to non-technical team members.

• Experience with free-to-play games and mobile game development.

• Experience in the role of Game Analyst or Game Economist - would be a plus.
