Senior Level Designer

We are looking for a Senior Level Designer who will be responsible for shaping game locations, designing engaging challenges for players, and ensuring deep integration of levels with narrative and core mechanics.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Collaborate with the Narrative Designer to plan locations, define their structure, and visual composition.

• Design levels that combine merge mechanics, adventure tasks, and progression pacing.

• Implement levels (locations) in the game, conduct debugging, and run playtests.

• Balance level difficulty, resource flow, and interactions with other game systems.

• Create technical tasks for artists and provide feedback on delivered assets.

• Introduce new mechanics into levels and ensure proper integration into gameplay.

• Prepare technical tasks for developers and participate in the acceptance of completed work.

• Understand the full pipeline of level creation — from concept to final implementation.

• Improve existing development tools and contribute to the design of new level-design tools.

• Work closely with the producer, project lead, and analyst to evaluate the efficiency of level design decisions through defined KPIs.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer in F2P games.

• Experience with merge mechanics and casual adventure projects is a strong plus.

• Solid understanding of F2P economy, progression systems, and retention drivers.

• Proficiency with level design and testing tools (Unity, internal editors, or similar).

• Experience in preparing technical tasks for cross-functional teams (art and dev).

• Good understanding of level design and gameplay pipelines.

• Good knowledge of analytics and ability to assess the impact of design decisions via KPIs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
