We desire to grow a team in Turkey for a new product in the interactive story genre of lifestyle games.

We are looking for a Growth & User Acquisition Lead to own the entire marketing and growth journey of our product, from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Build and execute full-funnel growth & UA strategies

• Manage performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, etc.

• Optimize App Store & Google Play presence (ASO, A/B tests)

• Analyze user behavior to improve retention, conversion, and revenue

• Identify organic and low-cost growth opportunities

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of Growth / UA experience in mobile games or apps

• Strong data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with UA channels

• Experience working cross-functionally with product & game teams

• Experience leading or mentoring UA / marketing team members.

• Bonus: experience with narrative or story-based games
