We are now looking for a Head of Sales who will take ownership of our commercial direction and play a key role in driving the company’s growth.

- Develop and execute a global sales strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Create and optimize internal processes: planning, reporting, KPIs, bonus structures
- Establish and grow relationships with key partners and platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams
- Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for business growth
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
- Native or fluent Russian
- Proven experience in a similar role
- 1–2 years of experience in the live dealer vertical
- 3–5 years of experience in the iGaming/gambling industry
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 5+ people
- Experience in building internal processes: KPIs, incentive systems, cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
