Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and IT and is currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a product mobile app studio.
Our client is a cash-positive and high-margin company that develops and scales its own subscription-based iOS mobile utility products. The team values transparency, autonomy, proactive communication, and responsibility.
As a new HR Generalist, you will help the company ensure a high level of team engagement and performance by attracting and onboarding talent, creating a comfortable working environment, and supporting employee motivation and development.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Manage full-cycle recruitment.
Oversee onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
Develop internal communications and keep the team informed.
Run regular 1:1s and employee engagement check-ins/surveys; act as a people partner and “safe point of contact”.
Maintain HR documentation, coordinate with the accountant, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Lead and coordinate performance review and salary review cycles.
Manage offboarding (proper documentation, exit interviews, insights and retention risks).
Keep existing HR policies/processes up-to-date.
Administer HRIS (PeopleForce).
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
4+ years as an HR Generalist / HR Manager covering the full employee lifecycle.
Preferably, experience working as the sole HR specialist in subscription-based app, affiliate or gamedev companies.
Experience with distributed/remote teams.
Proven recruiting experience across Ukraine / Poland / EU, with understanding of contractor hiring and country-specific tax/legal basics.
Hands-on experience with HR tools (e.g., PeopleForce, Hurma, etc.).
English – B1 level or higher.
