Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in IT and game development and is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a Ukrainian miltech company developing codified FPV drones and ammunition, which have been actively used on the frontline for several years.
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist who will be able to build an HR system from essential core processes to more advanced and mature HR practices. This is a role for an HR professional who wants to apply their expertise where every decision truly matters – contributing to Ukraine’s victory.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Organize the onboarding process for new employees (role introduction, company culture immersion, probation plans jointly with managers).
Monitor adaptation progress and collect feedback from new hires and their managers.
Motivation & Engagement
Implement material and non-material motivation systems.
Analyze employee motivation drivers through regular surveys (eNPS, engagement surveys, etc.).
Internal Communications
Ensure transparency of information flow between teams and leadership.
Partner with management to support aligned and effective decision-making.
Maintain and develop online and offline communication spaces.
Performance & Development
Participate in KPI development and performance review processes, including 1:1 meetings.
Organize learning initiatives (webinars, courses, internal workshops).
Track employee career progression and support individual development planning.
Recruitment & Employer Brand
Organize recruitment processes: cooperation with recruitment agencies, referral programs, direct sourcing when needed.
Support and develop the employer brand within professional communities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner, preferably in IT, game development, miltech, or modern manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of modern approaches to motivation systems, performance management, and employee development.
Hands-on recruitment experience: understanding sourcing channels and tools, strong interviewing skills using various methodologies.
