Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting and preparing a feasibility study

• Collection of project requirements

• Drawing up documentation on requirements

• Development and coordination of Terms of reference (TOR) / SRS for programmers

• Participation in testing

• Introduction of new functionality (description of new functionality, writing custom instructions and user training)

• Collection and analysis of user feedback

• Setting tasks for developers, testing results, organizing custom testing and commissioning

• User consultation on request

• Experience in IT analytics (software development, development projects functionality of products and solutions, iGambling)

• Using modelling skills to document business

• Ability to formalize requirements

• Experience in building communication with business customers and the IT team

• Skills in writing documentation for product development and experience in preparing technical and user documentation

• Knowledge of software requirements specifications (SRS)

• Analytical mindset, ability to systematize incoming information, clearly articulate tasks to the working group
