Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Project Coordination:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing projects.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to develop project timelines and milestones.

• Track project progress and ensure timely task completion.

• Communicate project updates to the project team and stakeholders.

Marketing Strategy Support:

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans.

• Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions.

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, PPC, Target).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Task Assignment and Follow-Up:

• Assign tasks to team members and clarify responsibilities.

• Monitor task progress and offer support and guidance when needed.

• Follow up on outstanding action items to ensure on-time completion.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

• Prepare regular progress reports.

• Compile post-project evaluations and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Active Marketing Engagement:

• Manage social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit).

• Post website materials.

• Prepare advertising materials.

Team Support:

• Provide assistance and support to team members when required.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and project management.
