We are a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of our game, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We are working with the biggest networks in the industry and their teams - Google, Facebook, Unity, Apple Search Ads etc. We combine data, new technologies and creativity to be the leaders on Google Play and App Store! 

We’re looking for a UA Manager to join a top-performing product - a true leader in its category, supported by a strong and friendly team and deep industry expertise. In this role, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to manage multiple ad networks, make strategic decisions, and directly influence user acquisition performance.

What you need to do:

  • Work with different user acquisition channels (social, incentivized, video networks) - сreate, analyze, and optimize UA campaigns.

  • Be an owner - develop a strategic vision, test various hypotheses, and make independent decisions to optimize performance.

  • Work with internal and external reporting and analytics tools - we make data-driven decisions.

  • Work with creative testing, track and analyze direct/indirect competitors’ creatives - we keep abreast of trends in ad tech and mobile growth.

  • Communicate with motion designers, analytics, product managers etc.

What we are looking for:

  • User acquisition experience of 2+ years in mobile industry (preferably in gamedev or entertainment).

  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 ad platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA).

  • Clear understanding of UA goals and KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).

  • Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and custom product pages.

  • Ownership mindset, strong analytical skills, proactivity and adaptability.

  • Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management.

  • Awareness of trends in ad tech and mobile growth.

  • English - B2 Intermediate +.
