Lead Game Designer

Strikerz Inc. is an international gaming brand and a force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football video game revolution. We’re looking for a Lead Game Designer to join the Team and, cooperating with other functions, make the UFL gameplay even more smooth and fascinating.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Artists, Animators, QA, etc.) to implement and iterate on design elements and to deliver high-quality core gameplay features and systems;

• Supervise the proper execution of features by other gameplay designers, providing constructive feedback on the team’s work;

• Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features;

• Write design specs and make smart adjustments;

• Mentor other designers to master their craft;

• Take part in the hiring process.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 5 years of experience in Lead Game Designer role (Console/PC titles preferable);

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5;

• Strong technical background;

• Experience shipping high-quality multiplayer games;

• Great leadership skills, ability to lead by example;

• Great written and verbal communications kills;

• Good knowledge of the F2P gaming market and current gaming trends;

• English (B2+).

• Deep knowledge of sport simulators market;

• Passion for Football.
