Lead Technical Artist

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Artist for a new mid-core MMO project. Our client is an award-winning mobile development game studio that delivers the best entertaining mobile games for over one million players.

• Nazwa projektu (ów): mid-core MMO project
• Na jakim etapie projekt(y)? building core gameplay
• Gatunek: Gry akcji, MMO, Gry fabularne
• Platformy : Mobile, iOS, Android

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Form and manage a team of Tech Artists within the Development department.

• Integrate and configure assets: textures, 3D models, animations.

• Design and animate interfaces, making them aesthetically pleasing and final.

• Implement graphic effects (both through animations and shader-based).

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience as a Lead for at least 2 years or as a Senior with mentoring and coaching specialists.

• Communication skills and task management abilities.

• Unity knowledge: animations, 3D models, particles, prefabs.

• Ability to assemble shaders.

• Understanding of mobile development peculiarities and resource optimisation skills.

• Experience in graphic editors.

• Understanding of responsive design.

• Basic animation skills.

• Artistic taste.

• General: Git, Jira.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge and ability to code in C#
