We invite an experienced Lead Technical Artist to join our team and conquer new heights with us!
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of tech artists, QA in the production of AAA games;
Technical Direction: Set the technical direction for game development, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions;
E2E Solution. Work closely with AD to establish pipelines and tech requirements at the start of the project;
Project Oversight: Oversee tech-wise all aspects of game development, from concept to release, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget;
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of tech quality, optimization in game development;
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other department leads and stakeholders to align project goals and visions.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years in game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing AAA game projects;
Profound knowledge of game engine technologies, Unreal Engine, Programming languages (C++), and graphics programming;
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and teams, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle in game development;
A strong portfolio showcasing successful AAA game projects;
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
Will be a plus:
Experience working with Houdini, Blender Geo Nodes, Unreal PCG;
Basic Art Theory knowledge.
