• Conducting research on the web gaming market to develop tools to estimate market size.

• Formulating a general marketing strategy, including performance advertising, affiliate programs, and expanding distribution channels.

• Setting priorities for focus areas and hypotheses, evaluating their potential, and establishing milestones and deadlines.

• Allocation of resources (budget and personnel) following the approved directions.

• Management of the recruitment process, performance evaluation, and staff development plans.

• Working closely with the product team to achieve common goals.

• Leadership skills and ability to work effectively under conditions of partial uncertainty.

• High analytical literacy and experience in working with large amounts of data.

• Business results oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills to successfully interact with various departments.

• Experience in the web gaming industry and understanding of key product metrics for F2P games.

• Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, GAds, Firebase.

• Experienced in a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Tech background and experience in managing small teams will be an advantage.
