Marketing Specialist (SMM, PR, Publishing)

Starni Games is a Kyiv-based gamedev company, currently around 30 people. We develop and publish PC and Console premium (buy-to-play) games: TBS and RTS strategy games, text-based RPGs, etc.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We are looking for a person to take charge of our internal marketing efforts, including company brand, self-publishing of some of our games, and cooperating with external publisher teams when we are working with a bigger publisher. 

This is a full-time work in the office in Kyiv. (NO remote, NO part-time)
This includes:

• Writing the majority of marketing-related texts in English (some big texts - like a Dev log, would be provided, but smaller daily posts and community interaction should be written by the candidate)

• Making social media posts (English) and other promo activities (FB, Twitter (X), Reddit, YouTube, etc.)

• Conducting ongoing email marketing campaigns for the most engaged players who have willingly subscribed to our newsletter (English)

• Interacting with the international players' community on various platforms (English)

• Reaching out to Press and Influencers (English)

• Help with the marketing strategy and planning (for projects that we self-publish)

• Interaction with the publisher’s marketing team (for projects that have external publishers)

• Working with paid marketing activities - ad campaigns, influencers

• Public communication on behalf of the company

  Requirements:

• Expert English writing skills, and a high level of English speaking.

• Understanding of basic marketing ideas and concepts.
