Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Create, track, and manage tasks to ensure that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly for all upcoming releases and deadlines.

• Own the complex pipelines and/or teams that are crucial to the overall success of the game, driving them to timely completion.

• Boost team motivation and autonomy.

• Ensure smooth communication on the project at all levels.

• Resolve complex problems and validate choices that impact the project’s collaborators.

• Report regularly to stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a high level of anticipation and proactiveness.

• Bring ideas that add value to the game (content, processes, tools, etc.).

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Strong communication skills to drive project success.

• Proven skills in building effective core project teams.

• Knowledge of project management methods and tools to plan & coordinate.

• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of risk management.

• Analytical skills required to optimize budgets, manage schedules, and allocate project resources for desired results.

• Ability to analyze production metrics and benchmarks to maximize project productivity.

• Expertise in issue tracking tools and/or other project management tools.

• Good understanding of SDLC.

• Solid understanding of the development and deployment processes.

• Understanding and practical experience in project management with different types of contracts.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the Gaming industry.

• Experience in creating specifications or other technical documentation.

• Experience in managing project requirements specifications.
