Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and oversee the narrative elements of the game, including storylines, character backstories, dialogue, and lore, ensuring consistency with the game universe.

• Collaborate with the game design and art teams to ensure the narrative is seamlessly integrated with gameplay mechanics and visual elements.

• Write compelling dialogue and narrative text that enhances player immersion and drives the game's story forward.

• Create detailed narrative documents and scripts that guide the development team.

• Work closely with voice actors and directors during the recording sessions to ensure the narrative vision is accurately captured.

• Continuously iterate on the narrative based on feedback from playtesting, the game design team, and external stakeholders.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the lore to ensure authenticity and adherence to the universe.

• Stay up-to-date with narrative trends in gaming and other media to continually improve and innovate our narrative approaches.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proven experience as a Narrative Designer or a similar role in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your narrative work.

• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and coherent narratives.

• Strong understanding of game design principles and how narrative integrates with gameplay.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback and changes in creative direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Literature, Game Design, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with scriptwriting software and game development tools is a plus.

• Excellent proficiency in English.

Will be a plus:

• A passion for board games, turn-based strategy games, or fantasy games, providing a solid understanding of what makes such games enjoyable and engaging.

• Active participation in the board game or fantasy gaming communities, with insights into player expectations and trends.

• A portfolio of previous game projects.
