Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinating and following up on multiple administrative requests (ordering office supplies, water, coffee etc.);
Organize and oversee office maintenance, repair work, reconstruction, and renovation as required;
Working with the basic office documentation (invoices from suppliers etc);
Organization of workflow;
Managing work of courier service and cleaning ladies and carrying manager’s requests;
Assistance with managing company business trips (order tickets, hotels etc);
Basic HR People Partner functions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or any related position;
Good level of English, Greek, Russian & other languages will be a plus;
Good communication skills;
Self-motivated and driven;
Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking;
A positive attitude that radiates warmth and energy;
A can-do spirit and a dash of creativity to keep things exciting!
