PR Manager

We are creators of one of the most successful games in the HOPA F2P genre and possess high expertise in every step of developing a game. Throughout our journey, we have gained vast experience and knowledge on how to make cool games. Now we are developing two new projects, which we will publish ourselves. Therefore, we are looking for a strong PR Manager for our team, with a background in interacting with foreign media.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Cooperate with top management to plan and execute the scope of PR activities;

• Maintain extensive network and close working relationships with international and Ukrainian media;

• Effectively reach out to journalists and media to pitch the company’s announcements and maintain relationships over a long term;

• Respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner;

• Journalists profiling and building network with them;

• Manage articles production between the development team, copywriter, and media source, make fast arrangements for publications, pitch articles;

• Work with articles after publishing;

• Manage public relations with partners and outsourcing agencies for high investment returns. Provide precise instructions and supervise execution of public relations campaigns;

• Support the HR team in building a strong corporate brand;

• Work in sync with the social media team and their content.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Previous PR work experience, preferably in tech sector;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian. Fluency in both languages is a must;

• Ability to identify and explore PR opportunities for the company’s strategic goals;

• Be time- and cost-effective;

• Solid organizational skills;

• Skills in writing and quick estimation of text materials’ quality;

• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and Twitter.

Will be a plus

• Having a good network in the Ukrainian/international tech and business media market is highly desirable;

• Contacts with copywriters;

• Love and passion for games and deep knowledge of this sphere.

• Synchronize all PR activities with the company’s business goals, terminate any extra activities;

• Research, write, and edit all press materials including press releases, fact sheets, pitch letters, Q&As, and presentations;

• Proactively monitor relevant media to identify opportunities and develop media outreach strategies to increase media presence of the company;

• Work closely with other departments, including HR, development, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of information and ideas, as well as the synthesis of timing, messages, and activities.
